The “Captain Vassilis and Carmen Constantakopoulos” Foundation, in collaboration with the Messinian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and with the support of the Institute of Greek Food Culture and Gastronomy, organize for the fifth consecutive year the “Messinian Gastronomy Seminars,” which are free of charge. 
 
The seminars will take place in Navarino Dunes, Costa Navarino, on May 29, 30 & 31, 2017. 
 
The seminars are mainly aimed at professional cooks, chefs, restaurant and hotel unit owners, as well as anyone and everyone working in this field. At the end of the seminar all participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
