Actions for the marine environment of Finikounda

ACTION

On Friday, April 30 2018, the “Captain Vassilis and Carmen Constantakopoulos” Foundation, in collaboration with the Municipality of Pylos-Nestor, the volunteer group Aegean Rebreath and the Finikounda Elementary School, carried out a series of actions to clean the town’s marine area.

More specifically, the Aegean Rebreath group recovered, collected and sorted through a large volume of marine waste in order to recycle it.

Moreover, the Finikounda Elementary School students, together with a group of volunteers, proceeded to clean the area’s main beach.
